A few recommendations for using and caring for your Port de Band™
- Center the metal grommets in your back and attach the Waist Band to fit snugly
- Estimate how much Resistance Band length you will need and place the inside bands at on one of the silver strips (Be careful when pulling the Resistance Band up from the Waist Band)
- Attach the Wrist Bands with the Resistance Band on the inside closest to your skin
- If you need more or less length or resistance, simply re-adjust the resistance band on the inside of the waist

- Simply wear your Port de Band™ during Dance, Yoga or Fitness Class
- Use the Port de Band™ at home to concentrate on specific port de bras or arm movements that you need to improve or strengthen
- Use at home, work or during outside exercise anytime to add extra resistance to all movements
To care for your Port de Band™
- Never allow your Port de Band™ to be near a heat source, in a hot car or in direct sunlight. This damages the resistance band and the Velcro
- Do not allow sharp objects around your Port de Band™ as punctures from pins, fingernails, pet claws, etc will damage its usability.
- Always check your Port de Band™ before use
- Your Port de Band™ is not a toy, treat it like a valuable training tool
